Refund policy
Two different things, two different rules.

The script
Bought on CodeCanyon, refunds follow Envato's policy and are handled through them. Bought direct from mrwhatsapp.com, you have 14 days if the product does not work as described and we could not fix it for you.
Wallet balance
Unused balance is refundable on request, minus payment-gateway fees. Balance you have already consumed is not — those tokens were bought from the model provider the moment your agent replied.
What is not a refund reason
A banned WhatsApp number. We tell you this risk on the homepage, on the pricing page, and again in the installer, where you have to tick a box. Please use a secondary number.
