Your conversations stay on your server
Messages, contacts, transcripts and your knowledge base are stored only in your own database. They are never transmitted to us, never logged by us, and never used to train anything.
What our servers do receive
When the agent generates a reply, your install sends the message text to our AI proxy so a model can answer it. That text is used to produce the reply and is not retained afterwards. What we store permanently is metering: token counts, model used, cost and timestamp — attached to your licence, not to any customer.
Your account
Your email, purchase code, bound domain, wallet balance and payment records. Payments are handled by Razorpay and Stripe; we never see full card details.
Deletion
Ask and we delete your account and its metering history. Your own install is yours to wipe whenever you like — nothing needs our permission.
