Can my number get banned?
Yes. This automates WhatsApp Web, which is against WhatsApp’s Terms of Service. Use a secondary business number. We put this on the homepage and in the installer because we would rather you knew before buying.
Do you see my customer conversations?
No. Messages, contacts and your knowledge base live on your server. Our servers receive only the token counts needed to bill you.
What happens when my wallet hits zero?
The agent stops calling the AI and sends your fallback message instead. No overdraft, no surprise invoice. You are emailed at 20%, 5% and zero.
Can I use my own OpenAI key?
No. AI runs through our proxy — that is what keeps the agent’s prompting, retrieval ranking and re-entry logic working. The markup is 2x provider cost, which on a typical month is a few dollars.
Does it send bulk messages?
No, and it never will. Bulk sending is what gets numbers banned. Mr Whatsapp only ever replies to people who messaged you first.
